End of the Term

What a busy week finishing off our stunning kowhaiwhai designs. It was our turn to showcase our learning at the school assembly and we certainly had some positive feedback about the patterns and design. Also a huge shout out to William and his ability to problem solve to put together the imovie of our marae visit and our attempts to have a go at saying the longest place name 'Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateaturipukakapikimaungahoronukupokaiwhenuakitanatahu'. Thomas had a great fast attempt at it and Phoenix also had a mighty attempt at spelling it. What a great way to celebrate Maori Language Week.
